Your Questions, Answered

  • Think of it as a "user manual" for your body. Pilates is a low-impact workout that focuses on strengthening your core, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. Instead of just throwing weights around, we use controlled movements and your own body weight to build a long, lean, and resilient frame. It’s a workout for your muscles and your mind.

  • 100% yes! Everyone on the mat was a beginner once. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, and our instructors are pros at offering "layers."

  • Absolutely. If you’re looking for a tailor-made experience or have specific goals you want to focus on, we’d love to work with you. You can inquire about a 1:1 session by:

    • Filling out the registration form right here on our website.

    • Sending us an email at info@mirvarypilates.com.

    • Sending us a DM on Instagram [@MirvaryPilates].

  • Totally okay! You don’t need to be flexible to start; that’s why we’re here. We’ll help you find your range of motion and expand it, one breath at a time. If you can't touch your toes today, we'll help you get a little closer tomorrow.

  • Every session is 50 minutes long. It’s the perfect "sweet spot"—long enough to get a deep burn and a good stretch, but quick enough to fit into your busy day.

  • Our group classes can go around 10-15 people. It’s the perfect size for a boost of community motivation while making sure you still get the hands-on attention you came for.

  • Ready to join us? You can book your spot directly through our website booking system. Just pick your favorite time slot, and you’re all set!

  • Wear something you feel confident and comfortable moving in—leggings, sports bras, or fitted tanks, shorts, and t-shirts work best. Since we move in all directions, form-fitting clothes help your instructor check your alignment. You can go barefoot or wear grip socks; whichever makes you feel most stable on the mat.

  • Just your energy and a water bottle! We provide high-quality, cushioned mats and any props (like blocks or resistance bands etc.) you might need. If you prefer to use your own personal mat, you’re more than welcome to bring it along.

  • To keep our studio a "focused zone" and to respect the privacy of all our students, filming or photography is not permitted during the session. We want you (and everyone else) to be fully present in the movement! However, feel free to snap a "post-workout glow" selfie once class is over!

  • We’re here to help! Email < info@mirvarypilates.com > and we’ll get back to you as soon as we step off the mat.
